Linnean was hired to assess the risk and vulnerability of the Newport Restoration Foundation’s portfolio of seventy five historic homes. Linnean used spatial analysis, as well as interviews and surveys, to determine the vulnerability and sensitivity of these homes to coastal inundation as well as storm surge. The results of this analysis will support the Newport Restoration Foundation’s portfolio management going forward.
